Important pre-release notice: These terms are a launch-preparation draft and must be reviewed against RoadOnAir's final pricing, subscriptions, account system and production features before public release.

1. Service

RoadOnAir L.L.C. develops software intended to support mobile live-production and broadcasting workflows. Features, compatibility and availability may change before and after release.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use RoadOnAir to violate law, infringe rights, transmit unlawful content, interfere with networks or services, or misuse third-party platforms.

3. Third-party services

RoadOnAir may interoperate with third-party platforms and devices. RoadOnAir L.L.C. does not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability, policies, limits or continued compatibility.

4. Your content

You retain responsibility for content you capture, produce or transmit. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to use and broadcast that content.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

If RoadOnAir offers paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases, the final pricing, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be presented through the applicable store or purchase flow before launch.

6. Reliability

Live broadcasting depends on devices, cameras, networks, third-party services and destinations outside RoadOnAir's control. Service interruptions or quality changes may occur.

7. Changes

RoadOnAir L.L.C. may update these terms as the service develops and as legal or platform requirements change.
