Important pre-release notice: RoadOnAir is currently in development. This policy is a launch-preparation policy and must be reviewed against the final production application, backend services and third-party integrations before public release.

RoadOnAir L.L.C. develops RoadOnAir, a mobile live-production and broadcasting application.

RoadOnAir may connect to third-party streaming platforms, camera services, mapping/weather services, authentication providers, analytics or crash-reporting services. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

5. Broadcast content

Video, audio, graphics and other content selected for a live broadcast may be transmitted to destinations chosen by the user. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed to broadcast their content.

6. Data retention and deletion

Retention practices will depend on the specific feature and service involved. Where RoadOnAir maintains user-controlled account data, deletion instructions will be provided on the Data Deletion page.

7. Security

RoadOnAir uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

RoadOnAir is intended for general professional and creator use and is not specifically directed to children.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated as RoadOnAir's production architecture, integrations and legal requirements are finalized.
